It can accommodate a family of up to six with three bedrooms and two baths. There is a propane grill and the pool is heated. Along with safety and security the most important feature of the home is it's location. Almost all of the activities, beaches, restaurants, and shopping you need are close. Historic Downtown Fifth Avenue South is less than 15 minutes away. Beaches in central and south Naples are 15 - 20 minutes away and everything else is less than 15. There are pool toys and beach essentials. The community features pickleball and tennis courts as well as a heated pool. Out of season weekly/monthly prices are negotiable depending on the time of year and the holidays involved.
